Miso Aubergine (egg plant)

Ingredients

Aubergines, coooking oil, sliced ginger, miso paste

Cooking method

1. Prepare the aubergines. cut them into any shape you like (can be cubes / slices)

2. Heat up the oil, anf fry the sliced ginger

3. Fry the aubergines til it is slightly cooked

4. add the miso paste (amount according to personal preferences)

5. fry til the aubergines are cooked

6. ready to serve
