The Sea is still the Sea -- Master Hsin Tao

一日在觀海台，遙望其下碧波萬頃，徒有感而發問師：「煩惱如何放下？」
師父：「浪有高有低，海水依舊是海水；生活有苦有樂，心依舊是心。」

While looking at the waves from the Ocean View Platform, a disciple asked the Master, "How can we let go of our troubles?"
Master, "The sea is still the sea despite its high and low tide; there are sufferings and happiness in life, and our heart is still our heart!"
